在校高职学生体育锻炼行为的调查与研究

体育的突出特点就是要求亲身参加实践----体育锻炼，而影响学生参加体育锻炼有诸多因素。本文以天津电大体育教学状况为例，研究了学生体育锻炼参与行为。通过调查的方法，进行统计分析处理，并根据所发现的问题提出建议，力求进一步深化体育教学改革，培养学生的终身体育思想，提高体育教学工作水平。

Research on Physical Training of Students in Higher Vocational College

The prominent feature of sports is to request to take part in exercise personally, namely physical training. And there are many factors preventing students from taking part in physical training. This article discusses the students＇ participative behaviors in physical training according to the teaching situation on physical education in Tianjin Radio and TV University. With the statistical analysis, it makes recommendations according to each finding through investigation, aiming at further deepening the reform of physical education and cultivating students＇ lifelong PE ideology in order to improve the physical education of the university.
