摘    要:研究型教师是有创造性及反思能力的教育理论探索者及实践者,随着社会的进步及教育的发展,做一名研究型教师是未来教师成长的必然选择。但在教育现实中由于陈旧观念及传统习惯等因素的存在,一直制约着教师对教育科学的研究,从而阻碍了他们成长为研究型教师的进程。因而,我们应当采取有效措施,引导教师尽快成长为研究型教师。

Abstract:The explorers on educational theory who are of the abilities of creation and reflection are viewed as study- type teachers. With the development of the society and education, it is an inevitable selection for teachers to be study - type in the future. However, because of the existence of such factors as used opinions and conventional habits, etc. the scientific research of education is restricted for teachers all the time. As a result, it prevents them from becoming study - type teachers. So we shall take effective measures to make teachers become study - type ones as soon as possible.
