| 摘 要： | 为了制定厦门市竞技体育发展战略,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和座谈法发现厦门市竞技体育发展的制约因素是管理体制不顺、基础训练萎缩、训练场馆短缺、训练水平不高、科研支持乏力和运动员文化教育质量不高。确定了厦门市竞技体育发展的战略思想、目标和重点。建议加强制度建设、理顺管理体制、加强教练员和运动员队伍建设、强化运动员输送意识和措施、增加场馆建设、提高金牌的科技含量和提高运动员文化教育质量。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature, questionnaire investigation and conversazione,the paper analyzes factors restricting the development of competitive sports in Xiamen,which mainly lie in the aspect of management system,basic training,training field,training level,related researches and educational background of athletes.The paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and confirms the strategic theory,target and emphases of Xiamen's competitive sports. |
