| 摘 要： | 运用耗散结构理论透析了网络成瘾者心理系统结构、特征及失调原因。按耗散结构理论成立条件归纳应从开放系统、主观需要、系统内协同作用、反馈机制、关注涨落和突变等方法入手,并认为运动调适是有效的干预方法。其作用表现在以下几个方面：运动为网络成瘾者提供良好的心理系统开放情境;在运动中激发网络成瘾者＂远离平衡态＂;在运动中关注网络成瘾者心理子系统的协同作用;运动情境中综合网络成瘾者内部反馈与外部反馈;运动情境中放大涨落;运动情境中促进网络成瘾者心理系统内突变。

| Abstract: | In the light of the theory of Dissipative Configuration,this paper dialyzed the IAD(Internet Addiction Disorder) suffers’ psychological system structure,characteristics and causes of disorders.According to conditions for theory,starting with opening systems,subjective needs,system synergies,feedback mechanisms,attention to fluctuation and mutation methods,it thought sport as the currently better intervention method for the following reasons: providing opening situation of psychological system;motivating IAD suffers away form equilibrium state;focusing on the synergic effect of sport on psychological subsystems;combining inner feedback and outer feedback;magnifying fluctuation;facilitating mutation. |
