| 摘 要： | 实证研究揭示国有企业产学研机会主义行为的利益相关者治理机理,指出利益相关者治理实施和深化的方向.研究表明,在国有企业产学研机会主义行为治理中应继续保持核心层利益相关者治理的作用,挖掘次核心层利益相关者治理的功能,激活外围层利益相关者治理的潜力,同时注重高校方和企业方利益相关者治理的互补功能.

| Abstract: | Industry-university is a national scientific and technological innovation strategy in my country, but the efficiency of industry-university has always been low. Opportunism is one of the important reasons for inhibiting the efficiency of our industry-university, and stakeholder governance provides new ideas for the governance of opportunistic behavior in industry-university. Based on the theory of stakeholder governance, this study constructed a stakeholder governance model of opportunistic behavior of industry-university. The model test was carried out on the basis of our industry-university project, and problems in stakeholder governance were found. The improvement direction of stakeholder governance has been effectively restrained, thus effectively restricting the opportunistic behavior in the industry-university of state-owned enterprises, and advancing the process of our industry-university strategy. |
