| 摘 要： | 中职德育课是中职各专业学生必修的公共课,对提高学生的思想政治素质、职业道德、法律素质和心理健康起到特别重要的作用。本文就如何运用＂行为导向＂教学理论,提高学生学习德育的积极性,优化德育教学,以倡导行为导向教学理论为出发点,论述了行为导向教学在中职德育课程教学中的运用和反思。
