江苏省独立学院普通组男篮现状的调查与研究——以2018年江苏省大学生校园篮球联赛参赛队伍为例

近些年,随着江苏省高校篮球运动的发展,江苏省各高校普通篮球队的运动表现也越来越突出。然而,在整体向好的趋势下,独立学院篮球队的表现却一直平淡无奇。鉴于此,本文就以2018年江苏省大学生校园篮球联赛独立学院组男篮参赛队伍作为调查对象,对江苏省独立学院篮球队的发展现状进行了调查与分析。结果发现:独立学院普通组男篮的发展现状之所以不甚理想,是在队员更替过快、受训年限普遍偏短、训练频率较低以及教练员配备数量和专职率较低等问题的综合影响下形成的,要改变这种情况,就必须有针对性的从运动队学训管理、训练安排,以及教练员配备等几个方面同时入手进行优化和完善,以尽可能的为独立学院普通组男篮队员的运动训练质量提供切实保证,促进独立学院普通组男篮运动水平的不断提高。

Investigation and Research on the Status of Ordinary Group Men’s Basketball in Jiangsu Independent Colleges——Take 2018 Jiangsu College Campus Basketball League Teams as Examples

In recent years,with the development of Jiangsu college basketball,the college teams are performing better and better.However,the performance of independent colleges is still general.This paper makes the teams of independent colleges in Jiangsu college campus basketball league as the subject to carry out related investigations.Results show that the reason for the slow development mainly lays in frequent change of players,shorter training periods,lower training frequency,as well as not enough coaches(not to say professional coaches).Countermeasures should be carried out from aspects such as team management,training arrangement,and coach allocation.The aim is to offer guarantee for training and promote the basketball performance in independent colleges.
