| 摘 要： | “中国制造2025”战略、“一带一路”倡议等,需要具有较高职业素养的技能型人才作为支撑。高职院校作为培养高级技能型人才的主阵地,通过将职业素养的培养融入职业知识和职业技能教育中,培养高职生良好的职业认知,开展“政校企行”协同合作,培养职业素养,深化校企合作、产教融合,创新教学模式,形成现代学徒制背景下的高职生职业素养培养模式。

| Abstract: | China's national strategy of manufacturing 2025 and"one belt and one road"needs support from skilled talents with higher professional quality.Higher vocational colleges,as the main position of training high-level skilled talents,integrate the training of vocational quality into vocational knowledge and vocational skills education,cultivate vocational students'good vocational awareness,carry out"government,school and enterprise"cooperation to cultivate vocational quality,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,integrate industry and education,and innovate teaching modes,so as to form a vocational quality training mode for higher vocational students under the background of modern apprenticeship system. |
