| 摘 要： | 基于多目标决策中的多维效用合并法建立了一种灵活的信息系统评价模型。首先建立完备客观的指标体系，然后利用多维效用模型创建信息系统评价的递阶层次结构，并根据实际情况设置合并规则及权重，最后通过效用合并得到系统总的综合效用，以此反映信息系统的综合有效性。通过实验和结果对比，验证了本方法可有效提高信息系统评价的准确性。

| Abstract: | Based on the multidimensional utility mergence method in multi-target decision making,this paper constructs a flexible model of information system evaluation.The paper firstly constructs a perfect and objective index system,then uses the multidimensional utility model to construct the hierarchical structure of information system evaluation and specify the mergence rules and weights according to the actual conditions.Finally,the paper achieves the total integrated utility of the system by utility mergence,thereby reflecting the integrated effectiveness of the information system.By experiment and result comparison,the paper proves that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of information system evaluation. |
