| 摘 要： | 回顾了在运动技能学习过程中有关教学指导和反馈方面学习者注意力焦点效果的研究,总的来说,这些研究包括三个方面,即:意识策略、非意识策略、外在注意力焦点策略.典型地,意识策略一直为教师和教练们所采用.但是最近的一些研究对传统的意识策略的教学指导和反馈效果指出了疑问,Singer(1985,1988)和Wulf以及她的同伴们(1998)分别提出了非意识策略和外在注意力焦点策略,尤其是Wulf等对外在注意力焦点策略进行了一系列的系统研究.旨在通过文献回顾,探讨这些研究,为进一步的理论研究和实践应用提供参考. |

| Abstract: | The present study reviews the studies about the effects of the learner's focus of attention on instructions or feedbacks in the course of motor skill learning.In general,such studies include three aspects,that is,awareness strategies,non-awareness strategies and external attention focus strategies.Typically,awareness strategies have been used by teachers and trainers.However,recent studies have questioned the effectiveness of such instructions and feedbacks for learning and performance.Singer(1985,1988) and Wulf as well as her colleagues(1998) proposed non-awareness strategies and external attention focus strategies respectively.Especially,external attention focus strategies were systemically studied.The purpose of present study is,through reviewing these studies,to explore problems for advanced research and applications. |
