我国优秀运动员流动制度的激励相容

优秀运动员作为我国竞技体育的核心人力资源,其合理的流动是我国竞技体育可持续发展战略的重要保障。采用文献资料和逻辑分析法,从激励相容角度对我国优秀运动员的流动制度进行分析,指出:高水平运动员流动过程中运动员、运动员直属组织和国家体育总局的目标明确,具有根本一致性,实现途径具有一致性;我国优秀运动员流动制度对运动员及其直属组织的激励不相容;"三角制约型"优秀运动员流动机制削弱了制度本身对运动员及其直属组织的激励效应,在赋予运动项目管理中心一定权力的同时,导致一定程度的激励不相容。

Incentive Compatibility:Study on the Mechanism of Athlete's Flow

As the core-human resource,athlete’s flow is important to our sport stratagem.The flow systems are analyzed by materials and logic from the angle of incentive compatibility.The final aim of athlete,the organization and the department of sport of China are clear and accordant.The incentive compatibility of our flow system to athletes and the organization is low.The system just like shackle weakens the incentive effect,get incentive un-compatibility to some extent as endow with power to event center.
