| 摘 要： | 周代的“采诗”对于我国第一部诗歌总集《诗经》的形成功莫大焉。然而正是以政府力量进行诗歌的采集、整理、人乐的采诗制度，在特定的历史阶段，在较大的程度上影响了最初的史诗雏形的产生，从而导致汉民族文学史上最终没有出现大型的长篇英雄史诗。

| Abstract: | Collecting poems"in Zhou dynasty enabled the forming of "The Book of Songs",the first collection of poem collection in China.Meanwhile,the very rules and regulations gave disadvantageous effect to the production of epic's embryonic form at the right time when epic of Han nation might appear and prevented the epic of Han nation form coming into being at last. |
