| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对广东省跳水后备人才基本情况进行了分析，训练单位的性质、运动员的学习、训练态度、运动训练损伤和兴趣及运动员的分流情况对广东省跳水后备人才的培养有着直接的影响，并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | By methods of documentation, questionnaire, statistics and logic analysis, analyzing basic circumstance of the diving reserve talents, kind of exercising unit, attitude of learning and exercising, hurting, interest and distributing of athletes, they are infecting with cultivating of diving reserve talents, and giving some advices. |
