| 摘 要： | 竞技体育教练员所从事的工作是属于创造性的工作，创造性的工作离不开创造性的思维，而创造性的思维又是以科学而严密的理性思维作为基础的。作为训练和比赛的直接控制者和指挥者，要使自己的工作建立在一种科学、严密的层次上，并且能使自己的训练具有超前性、先进性和创造性，科学抽象的思维方法、科学联想的思维方法、科学组合的思维方法、历史和逻辑的统一思维、分析和综合思维及创造性思维应是教练员必须具备的能力。

| Abstract: | The work of an athletic coach is creative, and the creative work is closely related to creative thought, which is based on scientific and tight rational thought As a direct controller and director in training and match, the athletic coach must keep his work on the level of science and tightness, and be sure that his training is leading, advanced and creative. Scientific and abstract thinking method, scientific and associative thinking method, scientific and combinative thinking method, historic and logical united thought, analytical and comprehensive thought and creative thought should become the necessary abilities for an athletic coach |
