| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚职业教育体系中有关师资队伍建设的内容具有突出的特色，本人有幸2012年到澳大利亚TAFE学院进修学习，在澳大利亚TAFE学院交流培训期间，深入考察了澳大利亚的职业教育状况，所见所闻给笔者留下深刻印象。文章阐述了作者的见闻和体会，以期对我国的职业教育发展有所借鉴。
