| Abstract: | It made introduction about the fundamental and working mechanism of ant colony algo- rithm, analyzed significance of protein structural folding and discussed effect of application of ant colony algorithm in protein folding in three aspects. A further discussion has been made about the actual appli- cation of ant colony algorithm as optimized algorithm. |
