摘    要:构建内容全面、指标合理、方法科学的评价体系是加强和改进思想政治教育工作的重要手段。随着大数据时代的到来以及全国高校推广实施"第二课堂成绩单"制度,为高校思想政治教育质量评价提供了全新思路。文章深入剖析了传统思想政治教育质量评价和大数据运用在思想政治教育质量评价中存在的主要问题,系统介绍了"第二课堂成绩单"的内涵,通过实证分析得到高校基层组织大学生第二课堂课程项目平均绩点与基层组织思想政治教育质量存在强烈的正相关,进而建立基于"第二课堂成绩单"的"大数据+思想政治教育"评价体系,增强了高校思想政治教育工作的时效性、针对性和科学性。

Abstract:In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education, it is an important means to construct the evaluation system with comprehensive contents, reasonable index and scientific methods. The advent of the big data era, the promotion and implementation of the "Second Classroom Achievement Report" System in China provides a new way to evaluate the quality of ideological and political education. This paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the quality evaluation of traditional ideological and political education and the application of big data in the quality evaluation of the course, and systematically introduces the intention of "Second Classroom Achievement Report". Besides, through empirical analysis, there is a strong positive correlation between the grade point average of the Second Classroom Course Project of grass-roots organizations and the quality of ideological and political education of the grassroots organization, so as to establish the "Big Data + ideological and political education" evaluation system, based on "Second Classroom Achievement Report". And finally, this paper introduces the function of big data monitoring platform and visible display form, which enhances the timeliness, relevance and scientific nature of ideological and political education.
