文化生态平衡构建中的译者责任

以原文或译文为中心的传统译论否认了译者的主观能动性,同时也掩盖了不同文化之间的差异。生态翻译观重新确立了译者的中心地位,并在全球化的语境下赋予译者新的责任。作为全球文化系统中的一员,译者在维护自身民族身份的同时,也应积极参与他文化的建构,站在有利于不同文化沟通的立场上寻找合适的翻译方法,促进全球化语境下的文化对话,这就是文化生态平衡构建中的译者责任。

Translator's Responsibility for the Equilibrium of Cultural Ecosystem

Original and target text-oriented thinking models do not only deny the subjective initiative of translators,but also ignore the cultural differences. Eco-translatology regards translators as the center of translation and assigns new mission to them against the background of globalization,which mainly involves the defense of their own cultural identity,the participation in the development of other cultures,and the search for a better way to realize the mutual understanding and equal communication between cultures. That is the translator's responsibility for the equilibrium of cultural ecosystem.
