| 摘 要： | 当前 ,人们对集体经济性质的界定比较乱 ,只有科学界定集体经济的性质 ,才能合理地找到集体企业的改革出路。集体企业不是一卖了之 ,也不是简单的合作制 ,更不是弱势群体的自助组织。集体经济在社会政治经济生活中发挥着重要而又特殊的作用。

Such enterprises, which can not be simply sold or regarded as a kind of simple co-operation between the disadvantaged social members, can actually play a special role in our social, political and economic life. |
