| 摘 要： | 本文讨论和提出代工企业具有的优势二重性和核心所有权优势.在此基础上,改进折衷理论的OLI优势范式,提出代工生产方式下跨国公司的OLI范式变化和代工企业OLI范式,为代工企业对外直接投资优势提供了一种合理解释.

| Abstract: | This thesis presents and discusses the duality of advantages and core ownership advantages owned by OEM enterprises.On this basis,the thesis makes improvements on the OLI advantage paradigm of compromise theory and presents the OLI paradigm changes of multinational corporations under OEM production methods.This study provides a reasonable explanation of foreign direct investment in OEM enterprises. |
