| 摘 要： | 本文试图从国外广播电视政府规制的结构出发,来审视我国制播分离政府规制的历史和现状,并提出应注意的问题。从长远来说,制播分离是否有利于实现广播电视服务的产业化尚待商榷;另外,从受众需求看,重要的不是制播分离,而是满足其需求服务的提供方式,而制播分离与这种服务提供方式并没有必然的共生促进关系。
