| 摘 要： | 本文对广州中级人民法院关于杨丽娟诉《南方周末》侵害名誉权案的判决用语,提出质疑。作者认为,2007年有关杨丽娟追星的新闻炒作违背新闻职业道德,法院即使判决被告行为不构成侵权,也不应当颂扬其不符合新闻职业道德的行为。
