| 摘 要： | 大学生的社会认知偏差是各种主观因素和客观因素共同作用的结果，由此产生的虚假信息会使大学生对周围的人和事物做出不切实际的判断，从而影响大学生的求职决策。因此，我们应当从大学生的实际出发，采取多种有效措施，削减社会认知误差对大学生求职决策的负面影响。

| Abstract: | College students＇ social cognition deviation is the inter-action of various subjective factors and objective factors, false in-formation resulting will make students make unrealistic to judge the people and things around, thus affecting the occupation deci-sion of college students. Therefore, we should proceed from the actual situation, take effective measures, cuts in social cognitive error negative influence on college students＇ occupation decision. |
