摘    要:运动后恢复过程长期以来一直是运动生物化学研究的重点,总结近50年来的研究成果,介绍运动与身体生化适应的基本特点及身体运动能力提高的基本规律,为科学训练提供应用性理论基础。

Abstract:The recovery course after exercise has been the focal point of researches on exercise biochemistry for a long period of time. The results in this field for recent 50 years are summarized. The fundamental characteristics of exercise and biochemical adaptation of the body as well as the basic rule of the body's physical performance are introduced so as to provide applied theoretical foundation for scientific training.
