论慈善事业发展的社会基础简

慈善事业是建立在社会捐献基础之上的社会性救助事业.慈善事业与中国特色的社会主义建设有密切联系,实质上是一种社会再分配的实现形式,是社会利益的调节器,是和谐社会的重要力量.慈善事业的发展需要相关制度的规范以及慈善理念的支撑,当前我国慈善法律制度的缺失和社会道德冷漠是制约慈善事业平稳健康可持续发展重要原因.因此,在不断发展市场经济,扩大居民收入,缩小收入差距的同时,要完善慈善法律法规体系,培育社会成员对他人的关爱之心、对慈善组织的认可度,重塑乐善好施的慈善理念.

On Social Foundation of Charity Development

Charity is a social relief case based on social donation. Essentially, charity is a form of social redistribution, and a regulator of social benefits as well. So, charity is an important factor in our harmonious society. The development of philanthropy is closely related to the Chinese characteristic socialist construction. The development of philanthropy needs the support of relevant system specifications and charitable ideas. Recently, the lack of legal system of charity and social moral indifference is the important reason restricting the development of the charity. Therefore, with the continu- ous development of market economy, the increasing of residents＇ income, and the narrowing of income gap, we should improve the charity system, and cultivate people＇ s loving care for others, grow the recognition of charity, and reshape the concept of philanthropic charity.
