家蚕雌蛾体中微量元素和脂肪酸的分析

摘    要:分析了家蚕雌蛾体中微量元素和脂肪酸的含量,并对其质量进行了评价.家蚕雌蛾体富含微量元素,检测的10种常见微量元素的加和量和人体必需宏量元素含量分别为27339.30 mg/kg和26900.00 mg/kg,其中人体需要量较大的4种微量元素(锌、铁、铜和锰)含量高于重要中药资源昆虫芫菁科昆虫蛾体中的含量.并且适合于人体日需要量.家蚕雌蛾体含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,其中必需的n-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸亚麻酸含量最高(39.88%),是鸡蛋的40倍和牛奶的38倍,并高于亚油酸含量6.5倍.研究结果显示,家蚕雌蛾是开发保健食品和医药品的优质原料.

Abstract:The contents of trace elements and fatty acids in female moth of the silkworm, Bombyx mori were analysed and both quality were estimated. The results revealed that there were rich trace elements in female silkworm moth, the total contents and essential macro elements of 10 familiar trace elements were 27339.30 mg/kg and 26900.00 mg/kg, respectively. The contents of 4 kinds of trace elements (Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn)which are needed more in human beings were higher in silkworm moth than that in the important Chinese traditional medical insect moth, insects belonging to Meloidae. The content was also in agreement with human daily requirement. The female silkworm moth also contained large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids, the largest among them was the linolenic acid belonging to the n-3 series, 40 times as much as that in eggs and 38 times as much as that in milk, while 6.5 times larger than linoleic acid. The results indicated that female silkworm moth is the excellent material in health foods and medicine development.
