摘    要:高校作为传承文化、培养人才的重要基地,在推动我国由人口大国转为人力资源强国的过程中具有不可替代的作用。人力资源是社会第一资源,高校的人力资源建设在整个社会人力资源建设系统工程中居于第一推手地位,人才资源的效用能否得到充分地发挥,在很大程度上取决于高校人力资源所培养的人才。在新时期促进高校人力资源建设又好又快地发展,建立科学规范稳定的人力资源的实践基地,形成各具特色的校企合作模式无疑是题中应有之义。

The Thoughts about Building the Practicing Base in Human Resource Management Specialty of Chinese University
Abstract:As the important base of spreading culture and cultivating talents, university has irreplaceable effect in the process of improving our country from a large population country to a strong human resource country. Human resource is the first resource in society, the human resource construction of university located the first position in the system project of the whole social human re- source construction. Whether the effect of human resource could bring in play well, it mostly decided by the human resource talent cultivated by university. In order to improving the development of university human resource construction well and fast, it is necessary to build human resource practicing base and form different university and enterprise cooperation models.
