| 摘 要： | 在我国计划经济向市场经济转轨时期 ,优秀运动队的思想政治工作者也正由“技能职业型”向“知识型”转变 ,运动队思想政治工作者要想成为一名真正的体育管理人才 ,必须具备一定的素质 ,才能培养出具有善于动脑、作风顽强、技术能力强的高水平运动员。
