| 摘 要： | 在职业院校的教育教学过程中,“工学交替”是职业院校培养高素质的技能型人才的一条有效途径。实施“工学交替”,必须选好试点专业及合作企业,构建出适合这一模式的教学方案。实施过程中,应注重校企合作机制法规及企业培训师队伍建设工作,同时应加强学生的劳动培训保护。

| Abstract: | The "working and learning alternation" schoolrunning model is an effective way for vocational schools to foster high-quality technique talents.Implementing this model needs select adaptable experimental specialties,enterprises,establish teaching plans In the prossess of inplemention,the systems and regnlations of cooperation befceen schools and enterprises should be sonstructe and the gualified training staff in enterprie shold be set up.Meanwhile,students' labour training protection should be strengthened. |
