| 摘 要： | 20世纪以来食品安全问题层出不穷,人性的贪婪是产生食品安全问题的根本原因,法治落后是导致食品安全问题的直接原因,食品安全理论研究的瓶颈是食品安全问题的现实原因.综合来看现代社会的食品安全问题是缺乏食品伦理的规范与指导,时代的呼唤、食品与伦理的内在结合为食品伦理提供了合法性依据,食品伦理并非食品与伦理的简单相加,它的内涵包括“食品的伦理”和“伦理的食品”两个维度的双向整合.

| Abstract: | Food safety issues emerge in endlessly since the 20th century. Human greed is its basic reason while backward rules of law is its direct reason. The bottleneck of the theoretic study is its practical reasons. From the perspective of modern society, the food safety issues are the lack of norms and guidance of food ethics. By a call of the times, inherent combination of food and ethics will provide legitimacy for the food ethics. The food ethics is not a simple sum of food and ethics. Its content includes a two-way in- tegration of ＂food ethics＂ and ＂ethical food＂ . |
