| Abstract: | cadres' work style influences on college reforms, development and its construction.To Increase cadres'quality and their work efficiency we should set up a sense of public service,adhere to human beings as the foundation of all values,practical work through grass-roots units,a sound system and the establishment of a long-term mechanism so as to enable college cadres being importance force to promote the development of institutions and to cultivate qualified personnel. |
