摘    要:以某电子产品的壳体为分析实例,采用CAE数值仿真技术对壳体的双色注射成型过程进行了模拟,直观预测了壳体的充填时间、注射位置处的压力、顶出时的体积收缩率以及充填结束时的总体温度等。结果表明:在整个双色注射成型过程中,内外壳模型的充填温度比较均匀,充填时间、注射压力以及顶出时的体积收缩率均相差较大,直接影响了模型的熔接性。通过改进模具设计、调整工艺参数的方法提高了内外壳的熔接性,改善壳体的成型质量。

Abstract:With the shell of electronic products as an example analysis, CAE technology is used to simulate the shell of double - color injection molding process, and the filling time, pressure at injection location, volumetric shrinkage at ejection and bulk temperature at end of fill are predicted intuitively. The results show that plastic melt filling temperature is uniform, but the filling time of internal and external sheU, injection pressure and volumetric shrinkage at ejection are very different, which directly 'affects the welding of the model. The welding of the internal and external shell and forming quality are improved by improving the mold design and adjusting the process parameters.
