| 摘 要： | 本研究采用生化测定方法检测受试者在一次大负荷散打专项训练前后血清铁含量的变化,分析探讨一次大负荷专项训练对不同运动水平男子散打运动员铁代谢的影响。结果表明:一次大负荷散打专项训练可引起运动员血清铁含量显著降低。

| Abstract: | Applying biochemistry mensuration, the paper detected the change of content of serum iron after a intensive and specialized training of Sanda, and analysed the influence on iron metabolism of different level men Sanda players during a intensive and specialized training. The result indicates that an intensive and specialized training can reduce the content of serum iron of different level men Sanda players. |
