| 摘 要： | 退役运动员的安置问题关系到社会稳定和中国竞技体育的可持续发展，本文运用文献综述、逻辑推理等方法对运动员的职业生涯进行论述。根据职业生涯的发展性理论，阐述了运动员的运动生涯发展特点，运动员的人生生涯发展特点以及运动员退役后职业生涯设计的步骤。

| Abstract: | The hiring issue of retired athlete is related with the social stability and China sport sustainable development. Through using the method of literature review and logical reasoning, this paper makes discussion on athlete ＇ s professional careers. Based on development of professional careers, the character of sport careers development and life - careers of athlete is discussed. |
