摘    要:工作-生活平衡策略指组织为帮助员工达到工作和生活平衡而制定的组织支持性策略,并通过个人和组织两个层面影响组织绩效。文章分析了工作-生活平衡策略对组织绩效的影响机制,并在此基础上提出制定工作-生活平衡策略应注意的问题,最后探讨工作-生活平衡策略与组织绩效关系的研究趋势。

Abstract:Work-life balance strategy, which is made to help employees balance their work and life , plays an important role in organizational performance through individual and organizational level. In this study, work-llfe balance strategy and its influence mechanism to organizational performance are introduced systematically. Further, the problems that might occur when making work-life balance strategy are analyzed. At last the author puts forward to the research direction of the rela- tionship between work-life balance strategy and organizational performance.
