从伦敦奥运会看中国男篮“后姚明时代”的困境与突破

通过运用录像观察法、比较分析法、数理统计法，分析比较发现第30届伦敦奥运会上中国男篮存在防守质量差、篮板球保护意识淡薄、身体对抗下投篮命中率低、后卫线队员能力不足等诸多问题。针对上述问题，提出了重视优秀年轻内线队员及后卫力量的培养、提高队员的抗压能力和篮板球意识、强化队员身体对抗能力训练、对技战术风格进行转型并建立适合中国男篮的技战术风格体系等结论和建议，为中国男篮在“后姚明时代”的发展提供参考。

The Dilema and Development of the Chinese Men’s Basketball Team in the Post-Yao Ming Era from London Olympics

In this paper, we used the method of video observation, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to analyze the Chinese men＇s basketball team＇ s performance in the 30tb London Olympic Games. We found out some problems, including：poor quality defense, poor rebound protection consciousness, low hit rate during the physical confrontation, lack of guard ability and many other problems. According to the above problems, we draw some con- clusions and make up some suggestions, including： pay attention to training outstanding young post players and guard forces, increasing the compressive strength and the rebound consciousness of the players, strengthening the physical ability training of the players, transforming technical and tactical style and establishing the technical and tactical style of the Chinese men~ basketball, and so on. Hoping this paper can provide some reference for the Chinese men＇s bas- ketball team in the development of the post - Yao Ming era.
