| 摘 要： | 道德制度化是现代社会和竞技体育特定环境下竞技体育道德建设的重要举措。探讨竞技体育道德制度化的涵义、背景和特点,实现途径、适用和限制,以及竞技体育道德制度化的特殊形式——道德契约化。阐明竞技体育道德制度化是从普泛意义上规定主体的道德义务(以道德规范形式),道德契约化更加强调各方的权利与义务。 |

| Abstract: | Moral systematization is an important measure of the moral construction of competitive sport under the special circumstance of the modern society and competitive sport.It inquired into the implication,background,characteristics,realizing channel,application and limitation of the systematization of competitive sports morality and its special form-moral contractualization,and clarified that the systematization of competitive sports morality was to stipulate subject's moral duties in the widespread sense(using morality to normalize form),and the moral contractualization laid more stress on the rights and duties of the parties concerned. |
