| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和高等教育的快速发展，特别是在教师教育一体化、教师来源多元化、教师发展专业化的新形势下，我国传统的“定向型”、“封闭型”、“单科型”的师范教育体系面临前所未有的冲击和挑战。地方师范院校应采取科学定位，找准位置；整合学术性和师范性，强化教师综合素质；改革课程体系和教学内容，培养新型复合型教师和改革学制，实现教师职业教育的相对独立等措施。

| Abstract: | With the continuous improvemcnt of socialist market economy systcm, and the rapid development of higher education, and especially in the new situation of teacher educational integration, multilateral teacher resources and teacher specialization, the traditional teacher educational system in our country, which is with the character of orientation type, enclosed type and single type has encountered greater challenge than ever. After analyzing the there problems which the local normal universities and colleges face to, the writer has made five suggestions to solve the three problems. |
