论专业化教师的立体化职前培养策略

摘    要:师范教育是教师专业化发展的奠基阶段,因此要构筑立体化职前教师培养框架,应对专业信念、专业知识和专业能力三方面的内涵进行分析,从教师职业理念的形成、课程体系的优化和实践教学的创新方面确立培养策略,以期促进职前教师的专业成长。

Abstract:Teacher's education lays the base of teacher's professional development.In order to set up a three-dimension educational framework,it is necessary to analyze the three aspects of professional beliefs,professional knowledge,and professional skills,and thereupon formulate training strategies in establishing professional ideas in the students,optimizing their curricula system,and using innovative practices to promote their professional development.
