论高师学前教育专业学生教学能力的培养与考核

摘    要:教学能力是高等师范院校学生综合能力的重要组成部分,学前教育专业学生教学能力的培养应该尝试在学科教学法课程、见习、实习实训等教学活动中培养学生教学能力,并以严格客观的考核手段加以巩固和提高,使学生的专业能力转化为教师职业竞争力。

Abstract:Teaching ability is an important component in the comprehensive competence for students in normal colleges.To improve the teaching abilities of students of pre-school education major,attempts should be made in subject teaching methodology courses,teaching internship,and teaching practice,assisted with strict assessment to consolidate their learning and to turn their professional abilities into professional competence.
