论海洋教育研究的学科视域

摘    要:21世纪是海洋的世纪,世界各国均从战略高度认识海洋。从国家大战略层面,笔者提出海洋教育是海洋强国的战略基础,推广和深化海洋教育研究与实践是时代所趋。从海洋教育实践的紧迫性和研究深入性的视角,提出建设海洋教育学的内容、意义和价值,教育学是海洋教育学的第一属性。海洋教育研究需要有教育学、海洋学、历史学、地理学、社会学、法学、政治学等学科融合,形成立体式的跨学科研究视域。从研究内容上,海洋教育学研究涵盖了海洋教育学科理论研究、海洋教育史与海洋教育比较研究、海洋知识本体研究、基础海洋教育研究、高等海洋教育研究、专业海洋教育研究、社会海洋研究、海洋资源保护和开发研究、海洋意识与海洋安全研究、“一带一路”专项海洋教育研究等十大研究领域,此十大领域构成了海洋教育学丰富的研究体系。同时,构建海洋教育学需要有国际视野和中国立场。海洋教育学科建设的总体思路是全面覆盖、重点推进。当前,海洋教育学亟需突破的重点领域为:第一,海洋教育史和海洋教育比较研究;第二,知识本体建构研究;第三,中小学海洋教育的实践探索;第四,发挥智库功能,等。

Abstract:The 21st century is witnessing the advent of the Age of Oceans that boosts the world to explore the seas and oceans from the perspective of national strategy. The purpose of this paper is to consider the trend of promoting and deepening the research on marine education and practice in the sense of China’s strategic development, and to probe into the content, significance and value of building marine education in terms of the urgency of marine education practice and the indepth of research. Pedagogy is the first attribute of marine education. Marine education research needs to have a fusion of pedagogy, oceanography, history, geography, sociology, law, political science and other disciplines to form a multidimensional interdisciplinary paradigm of marine research.The study of marine education covers ten major areas involving the theoretical research of marine education disciplines, marine education history and comparative study of marine education, the study of marine knowledge ontology, and the research on basic marine education, higher marine education, professional marine education, sociological research on oceans, marine resources protection and development, marine awareness and security, and marine education specific to the strategy of One Belt One Road. The construction of marine education requires a general involvement of these areas from both an international perspective and a Chinese standpoint. The key areas that marine education currently needs to break through are marine education history and comparative study of marine education, research on constructs of literacy ontology, primary and secondary school practice, think tank functions, etc
