| 摘 要： | “自主课”模式是课堂主体自主化的结果,是一种发展的教育思想、教学形式及教学方法的创新课程。通过教学实验表明,在体育选项课教学中采用“自主课”模式,有效的激发了全体学生学习的热情、加强了师生的情感交流,提高了教学质量。

| Abstract: | The model of autonomous class is the main part autonomy in class.Also it is the new problem of educated thought,teaching form and teaching method.The teaching practice shows that adopting the model of autonomous class in elective class in PE aroused the whole students' study passion,strengthened the emotional communications between teachers and students and improved the teaching quality. |
