| 摘 要： | 通过文献综述法在论述了<体育与健康课程标准>(以下简称"新<课标>)产生的思想基础和改革背景、新<课标>的与时俱进的崭新理念和特点的基础上,分析了高校体育的成绩和不足,结合对新<课标>和<全国高等学校体育与健康课程教学指导纲要>(以下简称<指导纲要>)评述探讨了高校体育改革中的观念问题、课程问题等.
