| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会之后,我国的体育产业发展至一个新的历史阶段,在我国体育体制逐渐转轨的大环境下,高校作为体育产业发展的新生力量,肩负着非常重要的使命。阐述了后奥运时代作为高校体育产业的重要组成部分——体育场馆的社会功能与价值的内涵,分析了目前高校体育场馆的运营状况及面临的问题,最后提出转变观念,建立市场管理机制,完善高校体育场馆管理体系,以及培养相关管理人才,创新运营模式,为高校体育场馆经营模式构建提出了可行性建议。
