萃取海派精华，重塑江南文化——浅析长三角科普联盟的文化自觉与历史担当

2018年5月长三角科普场馆联盟成立,创新驱动、区域协同,科普资源共建共享步入快车道。当下,在新颁布《全民科学素质行动规划纲要(2021—2035)》和长江三角洲区域一体化发展提速大背景下,作为上海城市文化新地标,“演进”中的智慧科技馆,如何以科学文化为引领、以科普联盟为纽带,将“三馆合一”的功能定位与长三角“全民科普”协同创新有机结合在一起；萃取海派精华,重塑江南文化,共同破解当下中国城乡、区域发展不平衡、科学理性的社会氛围不够浓厚、科普有效供给不足的现实问题。本文选取文化的视角,尝试关注和思考全球化背景下,中国城市化进程中“现代性”与“民族性”之间的文化张力,科学文化对新江南文化重构的影响以及当代科普工作者的作为。

Extract the Essence of Shanghai-style Culture to Reshape Jiangnan Culture:An Analysis on the Cultural Consciousness and Historical Responsibility of Yangtze River Delta Science Popularization Alliance

In May 2018, the Yangtze River Delta Science Popularization Alliance was founded. Through innovation-driven and regional collaboration, the co-construction and sharing of science popularization resources have entered the fast lane. At present, in the context of the newly issued Action Plan for the Scientific Literacy of the Whole People (2020-2035) and the accelerated development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta, as a new landmark of Shanghai''s urban culture, how can the evolving smart science and technology museum, guided by science and culture and linked by the science popularization alliance, organically combine the functional orientation of Three Museums in One with the collaborative innovation of National Science Popularization in the Yangtze River Delta. How can they extract the essence of Shanghai-style culture to reshape Jiangnan culture, and jointly solve the current practical problems of unbalanced development between urban and rural regions, insufficient scientific and rational social atmosphere, and insufficient effective supply of science popularization resources in China. From the perspective of culture, this paper attempts to focus on and think about the cultural tension between modernity and nationality in the process of urbanization in China under the background of globalization, the impact of science and culture on the reconstruction of New Jiangnan culture, and the actions of contemporary science popularization workers.
