浅析体育学习动机

新世纪的到来,知识经济对现行教育提出了严峻的挑战。如何改变传统的教育观念,正确看待学生,全面培养和激发学生的学习动机,挖掘每一个学生的潜在能力,提高其创新思维能力,把他们培养成21世纪的新型复合人才,是大学教师探讨的一个重要课题。大学生对体育教育的需要,包括社会性需要和自然性需要,这样便产生了直接的学习动机和间接的学习动机。二者在学生身上是密切联系、相互促进的。只有两者有机结合,才能使学习活动更有意义,并能持久地坚持下去。
