| 摘 要： | 对刘翔2005年、2006年和2007年(截止8月31日)110m栏的比赛特征进行了分析、研究,结合其近几年身体机能变化和比赛规律,对其竞技状态优化进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The author analyzes and researches the competition characteristics of LIU Xiang 110 meter hurdle in 2005,in 2006 and in 2007(deadline August 31),combining body function change and competition rule in recent year,then discusses it's competitive state optimization,and some corresponding proposalare proposed. |
