| 摘 要： | 办学理念是从现实条件出发追求好学校理想的信念。目前已经形成广泛其识的理念是适应社会需要、以人为本和国际化。办学理念引领着我国民办高校的发展方向和治校策略。随着民办教育的发展,我国民办高校领导人的办学理念也在不断地丰富、多元化。

| Abstract: | School-running concept is the belief to seek idea ednuation according to real condition. At present, generally acknowledged concepts are: suiting the social needs, people first and internationaligation. School-running concept guides the derelopmental course of school and tactics of governing School. Presents' School-running concepts will be enriched and plualiged gradually with development of private colleges and universities. |
