| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤组织中热休克蛋白HSP70和DNA修复酶O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(O6-methyguanine-DNA methytransferase,MGMT)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测65例乳腺肿瘤组织中HSP70和MGMT的表达情况。结果:乳腺肿瘤中HSP70的阳性率为80.00%(52/65),MGMT的阳性率为60.00%(39/65),二者呈中度相关性(r=0.46)。其中,有淋巴结转移组的阳性率高于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论:HSP70和MGMT的表达率与淋巴结转移情况有关。检测HSP70与MGMT对乳腺肿瘤预后和化疗方案的选择有指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HSP70 and MGMT in human breast cancer.Methods:The expression of HSP70 and MGMT in the 65 cases with breast cancer was examined by SABC immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate of HSP70 was 80.00%(52/65)and the positive rate of MGMT was 60.00%(39/65)in the human breast cancer,and the relationship between HSP70 and MGMT was in the middle degree(r=0.46).The positive rates of HSP70 and MGMT in lymph node metastasis group were higher than that in group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of HSP70 and MGMT are related with lymph node metastasis,and analyzing them clinically has an important guiding significance in the chemotherapy strategy. |
