| 摘 要： | 生命意义视角下的高校心理健康教育,要关注所有学生生命的长远发展,为不同的生命个体开启不同的发展方向;教师与学生相互激发与和谐共生;倡导大学生自助式心理健康教育,注重生命价值的自我体验;通过加强校园文化建设,使高校成为学生生命成长的精神家园。

| Abstract: | Mental health is how we think,feel and act as we cope with life.It also helps determine how we handle stress,relate to others and make choices.Like physical health,mental health is important at every stage of life.All aspects of our lives are affected by our mental health.Mental health education in the institutions of higher learning under the perspective of life significance should focus the long-range development of all students and open the horizon of life development for life of all forms.Teachers and students should inspire one another and accrete harmoniously.Self-aided mental health education and self-experience of life value are encouraged for college students.Universities and colleges should become the spirit homestead of students' life growth. |
